Here you can see wonderfully how Hamburg is not becoming a bicycle city. Instead of building the newly created cycle path from Harburg to Hamburg straight into the railway underpass, preference was given to occasional local car traffic (as always) and the numerous cyclists were allowed to take an S-curve. :-(
Edit: At least drivers on the access road now have a STOP sign.
