The 250-hectare Neuländer Moorwiesen nature reserve is located in the Hamburg district of Neuland and Gut Moor (15 ha) in the Hamburg-Harburg district on the state border with Lower Saxony. In the southeast, Fünfhausener Straße divides the area into two parts. The nature reserve is a largely wood-free fen and marsh landscape, which is characterized by grassland, ditches and several shallow water bodies. This area is of great importance for the biotope network. Valuable grassland-dominated wet habitats in the area act as ecological composite elements and enable an individual exchange for wild animals and plants. Of particular importance here are the grassland areas bordering to the east in Lower Saxony and other grassland areas in the Vier- und Marschlande, to the north in Wilhelmsburg and to the south in Gut Moor.

If you don't want to drive via the Großmoordamm to Groß Moor or Bullenhausen, you should try this route. It's a service road, so it's not paved, but it's easy to drive. You can also see something of nature.
