The Midsommerland swimming pool is located on the outside mill. There are divided opinions on this. A hike or a walk around the lake is therefore all the more recommendable. The lake has several small partitions and you can use different longer and shorter ways around the lake.

The Harburg City Park is a popular park of the 1920s, which included the surrounding landscape in demanding terrain with its typical design. A well-developed network of paths of more than 16 km in length opens up the park in many different ways. Particularly noteworthy is the 3 km long loop around the Außenmühlenteich. If you go from the riverside paths to the hilly forest areas, you will be rewarded with a variety of beautiful views of the water areas.
