Here you can have another snack with a breathtaking view before descending into the Kuhkar. A thorn in my side on the way back because you only walk up there to descend again and then climb back up again 😑. But the view should actually compensate the hiker 😂.

Mountaineering

From Hinterhornbach you can get from Kuhkar (east of Hochvogel) via Fuchsensattel (2039m) to Fuchskar (north of Hochvogel). Here it goes downhill again for a few meters before climbing up again in the cold corner. These vertical meters in the other direction are due again at the end of the tour if you want to return to Hinterhornbach.
