Just beautiful! But today was also a great day! I avoided the crowds and stomped around in the bog!

This day tour starts on the northern outskirts of Sonthofen. Pass the district of Berghofen, on a paved road, towards Starzlachklamm, to Winkel.Shortly after the first houses, turn right onto a signposted toll road. This road, which is hardly used by vehicles, quickly climbs up in a few serpentines. In the open field you have a wonderful view over the district town of Sonthofen. Now it goes through the Berghofer forest to the Schnitzlertal Alpe and then to the Buchalpe, where the panorama awaits in the Tannheimer valley. Finally, we return to Sonthofen via the old Jochpass and Bad Hindelang.More pictures and the entire tour description can be found here: bergparadiese.de/schnitzlertal-alpe

From the gable house it goes up over the Bärgündele to the first overnight stay at the Prinz-Luitpold-Haus. The next morning, an exhausting day of around 18 km is waiting. First it goes over the Gries to the Himmelecksattel.A descent to the Wildenfeldhütte is followed by the ascent over the Eissee to the Rauheck, the highest point of the tour at 2385m. Following the grassy back of the Kreuzeck follows a wide loop around the tips of the scraps to the shooting saddle. Below the Muttlerkopf you finally reach the Kemptner hut and another overnight stay in a long curve. On the third day, the descent follows the Sperrbachtobel to the Alpe Oberau and then to the Spielmannsau inn. The last part of the tour goes through the valley of the Trettach, over the Christlessee and the hamlets of Dietersberg and Gruben to the southern beach of Oberstdorf and ultimately to the train station in the center.

This tour starts at the Edmund-Probst-Haus, right at the top station of the Nebelhornbahn. Below the Pfannhölzle, the first step is on a small back, which forms the transition to the Koblat. The path leads to the Koblat and Laufbichlsee without a great difference in height below the Hindelanger via ferrata. There the path begins to fall in the direction of Engeratsgundsee before it rises again to the Türle. A small incision leads to the area of the Nickenalpen. The last ascent of the day has been reached.
Over the other alpine meadows below the thumb it goes over the upper and lower Nickenalpe, past the Tosenbach, down to the Mösle-Alpe. There it goes in steep bends through the forest down to the valley floor before the path on the right of the young Ostrach leads to the Antonius chapel in Hinterstein.

The path leads to the Koblat and Laufbichlsee without a great difference in height below the Hindelanger via ferrata. There the path begins to fall towards Engeratsgundsee. From the 1876m high mountain lake it goes steeper over the area of the Engeratsgundalpe in the direction of the Schwarzenberghütte, then over the driveway down to the gable house. From the gabled house there is a shuttle bus service to Hinterstein and on to Bad Hindelang. Alternatively, you can run to Hinterstein. For this tour, however, we recommend the variant from the Engeratsgundsee over the Türle and on over the Nickenalpe to Hinterstein. There is a bus service between the gabled house and the hiking car park in Hinterstein "Auf der Höh". It runs every hour during the day, the last trip in summer is around 6 p.m. The current timetables are available at wechsel.net/busverkehr.Best time for the tour: July to October

It's not a big tour. But this small, fine ski tour is perfect for beginners in this sport. For beginners, but also for connoisseurs. Because the goal is definitely worth it. This tour is also for those who only want to change their skiing holiday in Fieberbrunn once.Mostly on forest roads through the forest, this route is completely harmless. No exposed terrain, no slopes prone to avalanches.Pictures and description of the tour can be found here: bergparadiese.de/wildalpgatterl-eine-schnupper-skitour-bei-fieberbrunn
