The reception building was built in 1890 when the line opened. The upper floor is clapboard. A signal box was housed in a porch on the track side of the building. A goods shed with a small ramp is attached to the north side. The reception building is an individual cultural monument according to the Hessian Monument Protection Act. The station used to have three tracks, track 1 of which was the main track on the Friedberg–Mücke line. Track 2 was west of it on the loading road, but also had a 105-meter-long, raised platform. The southern extension of track 2 behind the switch connection to the main track in the direction of Friedberg ended at a combined end/side ramp. Track 3 was east of track 1, ended at the ramp of the slightly set back goods shed and could only be reached via a switch connection from the main track to Ruppertsburg.
