The St. James' Church is a stop on the Franconian Way of St. James.
In the church garden you will find stained glass windows and a large cross. There are a few parking spaces in front of the rectory. Opposite is a Materl at the crossroads.
The purple Materlweg starts here and is 8 km long.

Road cycling

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of this cultural path to Jacobi 2007, the Jakobusweg Fichtelgebirge was explored and ecumenically consecrated by local citizens. It branches off the Hof Bayreuth Nuremberg path through the high Fichtel Mountains and thus through one of the most attractive landscapes in Upper Franconia
