The Lechtal bridge leads 2.5 km south of Schongau over the Lechstausee. The federal highways B17 and B472 run over them. There is a separate lane for pedestrians and cyclists. With a length of 566 m, the Lech Valley Bridge is the longest bridge over the Lech ever. The 45 m high bridge offers an impressive view of the turquoise Lech reservoir.
