You cycle along the Ostrach through the quiet and remote Retterschwanger valley deep into the Allgäu Alps. It enchants you with its beauty and tranquility, as it is only accessible via an asphalt toll road. Along the way you have many opportunities to stop off at rustic alpine inns. With a bit of luck you can spot chamois or have other curious animal companions.

Hiking

Very easy to walk through the asphalt path and also suitable for pushchairs, but also exhausting (if you don't like asphalt). More suitable for a bike tour.
The valley itself is very quiet, doesn't seem too crowded and offers an incredible panorama of the surrounding mountains, so it is highly recommended.
