The town of Aub has preserved its medieval townscape with charming half-timbered houses and a defensive wall from the 15th century (with seven town gates and towers). Worth seeing is the market square with the Gothic town hall, the pharmacy, the market fountain and the baroque Marian column, as well as the Aub Castle and the Pfründnerspital from the 14th century.

The square runs around the market fountain between Hauptstrasse and Etzelstrasse.
It is named after the central square in Aub where markets were and are held.
The square is traffic-calmed and offers parking spaces.
It can only be used in selected areas on the north side.
