Mountain Biking Highlight
Be there live in the production of Emmentaler cheese. You can observe the processing independently, book a private tour or visit a public tour (Saturday and Sunday 13 and 15.15 clock).
Do it yourself! In the Stöckli from the year 1741 you make your own cheese together with a cheese maker or a cheese maker from 200 liters of fresh raw milk. Processed with their own hands, the result is two loaves of eight kilograms each of the delicious Stöcklikäse.
The best comes to the end: After four months of petting and care by our cellar master, we will send you your personally made cheese directly to your home.

The Emmentaler Show Dairy is contained in the word, to look.
I think the various offers are great. The large playground, the kitchen / restaurant, the cheese learning path but also the dairy shop is very great. There are also the almost legendary farm ice creams. Top experience and can be easily integrated into various very beautiful Emmental tours,
