Schon lange geplant und endlich umgesetzt. Gurnigel möglichst auto- und motorradfrei. Die Strecke über Riffenmatt und Ottenleue ist wunderbar – keine unfreundlichen Steigungen und praktisch kein Verkehr. Die Abfahrt über den Wald an der jungen Gürbe entlang ist besonders im mittleren Teil etwas ruppig, aber auch ohne Mountainbike gut machbar. Man kann es halt nicht so sausen lassen wie auf der Strasse. Es gab einen zünftigen Gegenwind aus Westen, der ab Riggisberg sofort der Steigung noch etwas Widerstand beigefügt hat. Insgesamt eine sehr lohnende Runde.
