"The treasure trove "Beschert Glück" was one of the most profitable mines around Freiberg and was operated from 1697 to 1899. Coming from Freiberg on the left of the road, there is a Huthaus, Scheidebank and Maschinenhaus on the extensive and now largely overgrown heap. The water for the machines were brought in via an artificial ditch - today you can still see the Rösche at the end of the heap.
