Hiking

The "Camp Golf" gives a little detour into the recent history of the FRG. If you walk up the mountain from the hiking car park, you can see the so-called camp golf.
Until the beginning of the 1990s, American nuclear warheads were allegedly stored there and guarded by the Bundeswehr. Part of the structure and location of the buildings can still be seen.
