If the view is right, there is a great panoramic view of Saxon Switzerland, towards the Ore Mountains and into Bohemia. At 644m above sea level the highest point of the Pirna district.

Afterwards you can have a delicious coffee, cappuccino, cake or various soups at "Börnis Einkehr" in town on the weekend! Delicious!

Those who want to extend the excursion a little can simply hike through wet meadows over to the Czech Republic to the "Dpicak". There is still a small cave to explore and the view from the summit cross into the Czech lowlands is even more impressive. Even in winter a nice hike (watch out, often wind, dress warmly)
