From the Hartenstein you have a beautiful view of the Eastern Ore Mountains, which, however, unlike the Zeisigstein, is somewhat restricted by the wax stone near Gottleuba. But to the north there is a great view of the mountains and the Elbe valley of Dresden, which can be seen very nicely from the television tower on the slopes of the Elbe.
