The Gouden-Handrei deals in tranquil still lifes.
The rei was part of the first Bruges city walls, it was dug in the 12th century and although Jan van Eyck lived and worked across the street, it is remarkably quiet here.
This gives you the special feeling that you are the only one who knows this splendor. A trip all to yourself. Or enjoy centuries-old beauty solo.

A beautiful rei, especially with the colors of the coming autumn.

The Gouden-Handrei has peace and quiet in abundance. The canal was part of the first city wall of Bruges. It was dug in the 12th century and although Jan van Eyck lived and worked directly opposite, it is an incredibly quiet place. This gives you the feeling of being the only one who knows this enchanting place. A canal all to yourself. A historically old beauty to enjoy in silence.
