Best Hikes to Litnisschrofen Summit Ascent (Secured Trail)

Tips

  • Two short climbing trails lead up to the summit gorge. While the left leads upwards over rubble and crumbly rock, quite unpleasantly, in a steep gully, the right riser leads a little exposed, but up in solid rock with good kicks and handles. Both crates are well secured with wire ropes.

  • Beautiful mountain tour to the Litnisschrofen from Haldensee. Great view from the summit

  • Significantly less crowded than the neighboring Krinnenspitze.
Easy climbing interludes, you cannot reach the summit without using your hands.
Pathfinding made easy with regular markers. Wire rope secured to the summit, partly a bit exposed. A head for heights and sure-footedness required.
