Finca Planícia covers a good part of the north-eastern foothills of the Mola de Planícia, which rises to an altitude of 941 metres. It is located in the coastal municipality of Banyalbufar. The estate is home to a dense oak forest that still retains the characteristic elements of country life in a mountainous region, such as charcoal kilns, charcoal burners' sheds and lime kilns.
The route to the Casas de Planícia offers a nice panoramic view at 420 meters above the coast of Banyalbufar, Estellencs and Sa Dragonera and the mountains of s'Esclop and Galatzó.
