Mountain Biking Highlight
The Reichraminger Hintergebirge is one of the most beautiful, most pristine landscapes in Austria and this waterfall conveys wordlessly, why this is so. Through the "black brook" used to be the timber transported. Later, this was done by the railroad, the route of which you can ride today by bike. Incidentally, along the gorge there is a via ferrata that follows the old course of the narrow wooden walkways on which the "wooden raftsmen" had to do their absolutely dangerous job. Sometimes you can still see the remains of the old trail.

At this point you can admire the veil fall, the perfect place for a nice photo of the waterfall. During our visit, however, he has run very little water, after rain or snowmelt, there is then the whole "violence" to admire. Here is also one of the entrances to the "Triftsteig", a via ferrata in the footsteps of the woodcutters.
