Olang (in Italian: Valdaora) is a small community with just over 3,000 inhabitants near Bruneck in the east of South Tyrol. When you are in Olang, you are in the countryside. There are wildly romantic mountains, white shining Dolomite peaks and peasant gardens. A short (or longer) stop in this idyllic mountain village will definitely enhance your bike ride.

Small village (3000 people live here) near Bruneck and close to Kronplatz ski region. Offers great views and many hiking routes start here. I put up my tent in the small park for one night while i was on a trip here.
