In the wetland Rethwisch there are 2 ponds, each with an observation hut. At number 2 the door was closed during our visit and we preferred to look directly on the bank. A narrow path leads from the main path to the hut.

The hut was open - definitely a nice alternative to bad weather or if you want to sit and watch. Otherwise you can see just as well or better from the shore in front of the door. There was little to see in January. ;-)
