A notorious road for the locals in Apeldoorn: the Amersfoortseweg.A road that leads from Paleis het Loo, to the amusement park Juliana Toren, to near the highest mountain in this part of the Veluwe: the Torenberg (107m). The road has well-paved cycle paths on both sides and is relatively quiet despite its location near Apeldoorn.Go for a good climb by Dutch standards (start from Apeldoorn) or go blasting down to Apeldoorn.
Be aware when you go down on this amusement park, families can walk on the road when the amusement park is open. This is signposted in good time.translated by
