Apart from the naturally quite interesting lock system, one can also visit the hydroelectric power plant, there is a freely accessible visitor balcony from which one can overlook the entire turbine hall. Even the "Maison des Energies" is worth a visit - even if the sponsor will probably be found a few kilometers further up the Grand Canal.

Impressive piece of technology, the visitor balcony is always accessible free of charge.
