This lovely little church is no longer in use but perhaps it deserves a break, given that it dates back to the 12th century. Whitcombe Church sits in quaint Dorset surroundings and is under the care of the Churches Conservation Trust.

Despite it not serving as an active place of worship anymore, you can go inside. Bare of furniture, you can still feel its history pouring out of its stone work.
