One of numerous chalk figures in the South of England, this stunning horse dates back to 1808. The figure atop the horse is King George III, who visited Weymouth often. Having been restored several times since, the horse is most easily seen from the A353 to the south. Various footpaths cut across the hillside too, offering numerous points from which to see the horse and its king.
