Hiking

The Boshoverheide urn field is the largest in northwestern Europe. The cemetery covers at least 33 hectares. A small part of this huge burial mound landscape has been examined. It dates from the late Bronze Age - early Iron Age, between 1050 and 500 BC. This means that the cemetery was used for a maximum of 550 years. More than 3100 burials took place here.
