Tulln Danube Riverside Promenade

Along the Danube through Tulln is a lasting experience, the figures of the Nibelungen saga and the fountains are just great, always worth a trip.

We did the first part from Melk with the boat through the Wachau and the second part to tulle with the bike, which we would definitely recommend the other way around (part 1 with the bike). Part 2 has some routes right on the road, which is not very pleasant.

Tulln an der Donau is a municipality in Austria with 16,040 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2016) and district capital of the same district in the federal state of Lower Austria.
Surrounded by nurseries and equipped with numerous discounts across the city, Tulln is also referred to as a flower city or Rosenstadt.
