The property is privately owned, but can be crossed when the door in the gate is open. This is not immediately apparent - it is left-hand and quite small. Dogs are not allowed and there are some other rules, but they have already faded quite a bit. There is a second gate at the exit of the site, here it may be that a chain is hanging, but it is only attached.
