De Voshoek was opened on 12 July 2016 - a quiet sitting area in the Gentbrugse Meersen in honor of Luc De Vos. You will find the corner in the area at the intersection of the Gentbruggekouter with the Emiel Claeyslaan. Luc was the godfather of the Gentbrugse Meersen project. That is why his family called at the time not to buy flowers or wreaths for his funeral, but to donate money for Natuurpunt. For example, some new land could be purchased in the meersen.
