Cycling

The neo-baroque corner house shapes the image of the street with its high mansard roof and a mighty segmental gable above the central projection. It was built in 1912/13 by Alexander Beer on the site of older buildings on the grounds of the II Orphanage for the Berlin Jewish community. The orphanage, which had existed for 53 years, was closed in 1940 during the Nazi era. The house then served various purposes.
