All rivers wind but the Ouse is a particularly squiggly waterway and its curves are enchanting when viewed from above. From this viewpoint, you can look south, as the river does its final meander before flowing out into the Channel. This point is on the Sussex Ouse Valley Way, a long-distance footpath starting near Horsham.
