A beautiful originally rural pub. Small doors and low ceilings. Nice open fireplace inside and nice seating outside. Nice staff and relaxed guests. Definitely worth a trip. See you soon, that's all I say.🙋

Hiking

We loved our stop at The Juggs! The building itself is lovely and traditional, but as a pub the staff were really friendly and accommodating to two slightly stinky hikers with big bags. There's a lovely big terrace with big tables to sit out in the summer and it looks like it would be really cosy in the winter. The food is really good (especially the chips) and was served quickly.

Definitely worth the detour from the SDW, plus the route we took to rejoin the way at Southease from the pub was really beautiful.
