OUR FOOD & DRINKS Experience a culinary variety from classic Austrian cuisine in the midst of breathtaking nature. Our summit hut offers you a selection of delicious dishes prepared with love and care. Enjoy traditional specialties such as Hüttenspätzle, Kaiserschmarrn and Mölltaler Käsnudeln, which will pamper your palate and bring you closer to a piece of Austrian food culture. But that's not all! For the sweet tooth among you, we have a tempting selection of desserts that will satisfy your sweet cravings. Try our homemade strudel variations with vanilla sauce or cream and let yourself be enchanted by their taste. To quench your thirst, we offer you a wide range of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Enjoy a cup of classic coffee or pamper yourself with a hot cocoa while you enjoy the breathtaking view from our hut.

The summit house, the Ludwig-Walter-Haus, built in July 2010, is the successor to the refuge that has been there since 1810 and is operated by the DAV Villach.

There are overnight accommodations and a restaurant which offers really tasty snacks.
