The history of the miners is wonderful to experience on the Kindelsbergpfad. At each pit information boards are attached to the story.

From 1722 onwards, in addition to iron, lead, silver, copper and zinc ores were mined in two upper 80m long and 1m thick corridors in the upper gallery of the "Glücksanfang". Before 1850, the "Glücksanfang" pit merged with the "Jungermann" pit and also adopted its name. Source: Flyer Kindelsbergpfad
