Scar Crags is a 2,205-foot (672 m) Wainwright in the North Western Fells. It's most often hiked as part of the Coledale Round (in between Causey Pike and Sail). From here you can see the controversial zigzag footpath up the side of Sail, Scar Crags' neighbouring fell.

Nice little top and another Nuttall/Wainwright to knock off. Great views.

Reward for work. What a view in all directions! The ridge towards Causey Pike is impressive.
