Beautiful restored watermill, first mentioned in a document around 1335

The old water mill is no longer in operation and is a listed building.
In 1998, a private investor took over the building. He had the structure stabilized and renovated. The work was completed in 2008.
Today, the mill is used as a commercial building. The water turbine from the 1930s was repaired and is now used again to generate electricity.
The building is not suitable for residential use.

The originally planned establishment of a catering business did not succeed, use as a residential building was not permitted for reasons of monument protection. Today the mill is used as a commercial building in which there are medical practices and offices. The water turbine from the 1930s, which was also out of order after the fire, was repaired and is now used again to generate electricity.
