The Meinetshaldenfels lookout point on the premium hiking trail "Traufgang Wacholderhöhe" offers a wonderful view down into the valley and the juniper heaths near Truchtelfingen. To the northwest lies the Braunhardsberg on the opposite side of the valley. If you look past Braunhardsberg to the right, you can see as far as the Black Forest on days with good visibility. The view to the west is also very extensive. The tower on the Plettenberg beckons around 20 km away. And also in this direction you can watch the setting sun.

The Truchtelfinger Hütte with terrace and barbecue area is around 100 meters away.
