There is a cave by the sand holes: The sandball cave was created by digging up and digging up the dolomite sand, which was previously used as sweeping sand.

On the eaves at Wacholderhöhe you can marvel at some sand holes. The so-called sand ball caves were formed when dolomite sand was mined here. The former quarry contains small caves, holes and hollows that can be visited on winding paths.
Those who are hungry from hiking can take a break at the nearby barbecue area, and the adjacent parking lot also serves as an entrance to the Wacholderhöhe eaves.
