This nature reserve can be found in Scherpenheuvel-Zichem, in the province of Flemish Brabant. From the visitor center Huize Ernest Claes in Zichem, various walking and cycling tours depart along swamps, meadows and peat pits. For an extra good view of the birds in the area, you can visit the bird hide or the observation tower. The area is part of the Merode walking network and North Hageland Landscape Walks.
