The "Billtal Waterfall" in the wild and romantic Rombach Valley is one of the few truly noteworthy waterfalls in the Taunus Mountains. The main drop at this waterfall is approximately 9 meters high! Unfortunately, it often carries little or no water during the summer months.

The waterfall in the Billtal valley is a worthwhile destination – scenically attractive and offering a very different experience depending on the route. It's easily accessible for almost everyone via the Pionierweg trail – ideal for a short break or as a stop on a longer tour.

Those who want to explore the lower part of the waterfall have three options of varying difficulty:

⚠️ Respect nature and animals
Two of the three trails lead through overgrown sections, some of which are refuges for wild animals. Please only use them if necessary and respect the flora and fauna.
