According to the documents acquired in 1533, the lords of Estorff Lehnsherrenrechte over Walmsburg. At the court of Meyer the noblemen held their court days. For small offenses, the defendants were removed immediately on the court days and bound in the Kuhstalle on the Court of the "stack wood". Serious offenses were punished with the "pillory". The Halseisen hangs today on the barn by Helmut Lühr and bears the year 1707 and the sign of the courtiers of Estorff (v. E.).
