The Veerse Meer is located in the heart of Zeeland. Once a turbulent estuary, now a water sports paradise for surfers, canoeists, sailors, water skiers, divers and fishermen. Cozy places such as Kortgene, Kamperland and Veere are located on the lake and are worth a visit. In the Veerse Meer countless uninhabited islands are waiting to be discovered. The shallow banks of the Veerse Meer make it ideal for families with children.
