It looks like there will be a ferry connection here, but it hasn't existed for a long time - nor are any signs. But there is still a beautiful route down to the Elbe with a rest area and great views of the Elbe. It's nice and quiet here because it's a dead end and not so many people come here.

Nice area for walks or to take pictures. I always enjoy traveling there, mostly by bike and my photo equipment. There are also many species of birds to be seen on the Elbe. In addition to songbirds, you can also observe sea eagles, cranes, gray and great egrets, red and black kites, buzzards, etc. At night you can also take pictures of the starry sky in the area. Since there are no large cities nearby, light pollution in the area is very low.
