As part of the wind art competition of IG Windkraft, a jury selected the design by artist Julia Bichler from 400 works of art. As of today, the implementation of their original wind turbine design sets an example for the beauty of wind energy use. “Wind turbines not only generate clean and environmentally friendly electricity, they can also enrich the landscape. The first art wind turbine in Central Europe demonstrates this in an impressive way, ”explains Stefan Moidl, Managing Director of IG Windkraft.
