Here you can see the apse of the former Gothic parish church. Already in the 9th or 10th century a wooden chapel was built on this site, which was dedicated to the Archangel Michael and in the 11th / 12th century. Century was destroyed by fire. The name of the square comes from the Count of Leiningen-Billigheim, in memory of his wife Gabriele von Leiningen, née von Arco.
