Weldam Castle

Weldam Estate is a large estate in East Twente and consists of an impressive castle and manor and beautiful gardens. The gardens are open to the public, so be sure to take a look!

The gardens can be visited for a fee from the gardener.

Landgoed Weldam is located in the beautifully wooded surroundings in the south-west of Twente and is one of the largest estates in the east of the Netherlands. The gardens are open to the public.

At the center of the centuries-old estate is a castle, whose gardens consist of forests, fields, pastures, streams, avenues and historic properties. You can tell from the black and yellow painted shutters whether the building in question belongs to the Weldam estate.
