Tips
The wall lock is a pedestrian tunnel with a current length of 158.5 m, it completely crosses under the area of the former Kamenz railway works and the freight station at a depth of approx. 10 meters. The clear height is about 2.50 m. The tunnel was built in 1871 from local granite and sandstone slabs. In the past, there was still a little stream flowing next to the footpath, fed by springs at Hutberg.
