The town's red brick church is in the immediate vicinity of Stolper Castle. A church is mentioned as early as the Middle Ages. It was badly damaged by lightning in 1867. The neo-Gothic building was erected on the medieval field stone base and inaugurated in 1871. The stumblers financed it themselves. Much is done by craftsmen from Stolpe and Gummlin. The organ was bought second-hand. The choir is separated from the simple, white hall with a pointed arch. The patronage box on the right in front of the choir was reserved for the lords of Schwerin. The church gains from the winter church space, which was separated by glass doors a few years ago. The window above the altar shows a cup of communion.
