When going around the Kalltalsperre you can cross the Keltzerbach on stones. Certainly not a problem in summer, but in winter, when the stream carries a lot of water, surefootedness and concentration are required, otherwise your feet will be wet! Hikers who are not so adventurous should follow the wide forest path about 200 meters up the stream. According to the map, there is a bridge here, over which the Keltzerbach can probably be crossed without any problems.
